Core products include shampoo bars, cleansing balms, facial mousses, body butters, and bath salts—all created with natural ingredients and housed in sustainable packaging to ensure minimal environmental impact.

The Challenge & Design Approach

 

Sarah Louisa sought to create a brand that merges high-end aesthetics with eco-conscious values, appealing to an audience that values sustainability and self-care. The challenge was to elevate her existing branding while ensuring all design elements communicated an eco-friendly ethos.

To achieve this, I developed a refined colour palette that blended Sarah’s deep blue branding with a clean and uplifting duck egg blue, symbolizing freshness and sustainability. This combination struck a balance between elegance and approachability.

As part of the redesign, I reimagined the brand’s icon, which was originally a heart, by integrating subtle geometric lines to transform it into a shape resembling a leaf. This change reinforced the eco-conscious message while retaining the heart’s symbolic connection to self-care and compassion. The clean, sophisticated design of the updated icon aligned seamlessly with the brand’s aesthetic, blending warmth with a modern, eco-friendly appeal.

Sustainability was at the heart of every design decision. We introduced plantable labels made from seed paper, allowing customers to grow flowers after use. Recycled printed paper was used for tags and wrap-around packaging, enhancing the unboxing experience while ensuring reusability and minimal waste. The packaging design focused on creating a gift-like aesthetic, using tissue paper and sustainable materials to make every product feel special and aligned with the brand’s values.

Hand-drawn illustrations, clean typography, and minimalistic design elements were incorporated to evoke a sense of calm, well-being, and connection to nature. These elements seamlessly translated across product packaging, stickers, exhibition signage, and marketing collateral, ensuring brand consistency at every touchpoint.
